Inaugural Respecting Choices (Wisconsin specific) POLST Facilitator Training - LaCrosse, WI.  The first of its kind, this state-specific training will help WI professionals acquire the necessary skills to initiate POLST-type conversations, help patients make informed end-of-life treatment preferences, and to learn to effectively implement the POLST system.
