Basic Concepts - This 30-minute module provides basic information about advance care planning (ACP) for any employee working within a health care organization. It clarifies the differences between advance care planning and advance directives, and reviews the components of basic health care planning for adults. Additionally, it reviews regulatory and policy issues, and encourages the learner to become familiar with the specific ACP procedures and resources within their organization or community.
